RESEARCH SEMINAR “ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF ECONOMICS: JANUARY SESSION”

National Academy of Management and the research journal “Actual Problems of Economics” cordially invite all the authors who published their research papers in “Actual Problems of Economics” during 2001-2014 for participation in our seminar. The event will cover a wide range of issues including the following major research topics:

-         World economy and global development trends;

-         National economies’ development and regional development issues;

-         Small business economy, SME sector development;

-         Innovations, innovative systems and structures;

-         Nature management and sustainable development;

-         Demography and sociology; labour economy, social policy;

-         Finance and financial systems, stock markets development;

-         Crediting and leasing, development of microcredits;

-         Accounting and audit;

-         Statistical and mathematical methods in economics;

-         IT and modelling in business and economics.

 

All seminar materials will be published after the event in regular issues of “Actual Problems of Economics” (the journal is indexed in: Scopus, EconLit, ABI/Inform - ProQuest, EBSCOhost, Cabell’s Directories, Ulrich’s Periodical and Index Copernicus). Manuscripts are to be submitted after the seminar during the calendar year 2015 (the sooner the text is provided, the sooner it will be published).

 

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: – JANUARY, 19, 2015. Please, email the following information to prokhorova@nam.kiev.ua:

Your full name, title of your submission, place of work and full contact details, including titles, place of work, work address, work and personal email, and mobile phone number. Quantity of co-authors is limited by the 3 co-authors per one report (at least 1 co-author should take part in the research seminar).

Pleaseindicate in your application whether you need a formal letter of invitation (e.g. for applying for a visa). A scanned copy of the invitation will be provided during 3 business days after the registration.

The main working languages of the event (and the subsequent publication in the “Acutal Problems of Economics”) areEnglish, Russian and Ukrainian.

 

PARTICIPATION FEE AND THE VENUE:

 

Participation fee for the research seminar is160 USD. The fee is to be paid during December 2014 – January 2015, to the bank account provided after the registration of your paper. We do not accept payments in cash . The organizers do not allow to participate on distance . The participation fee covers the participation in the seminar (+ certificate) and the follow-up publication.

 

Seminar venue:

«Holiday Inn Istanbul Airport»

(the hotel is NOT located at the airport itself, but is in driving distance, 3 km from the airport)

Special price offers for our participants:

Single room – 95 USD;

Double room – 110 USD

+ Conference fee in the amount of 45 USD for each participant.

 

Participation fee covers the following items:Usage of multimedia equipment, 24/7h access to the Internet in the conference hall and in the hotel rooms, 2 coffee breaks + special lunch with all seminar participants; spa center; transfer buses  to and from Ataturk airport, and to/from Sultanahmet and Taksim squares.

 

All payments apart from the participation fee are to be paid by all participants individually and directly to the hotel. It is necessary to mention the name of the event to get the right pricing while booking.

For the matter of convenience and the most flexible planning of the event, the organizers insist that all participants should reside in the same hotel.

 

It is important to register as soon as possible due to the fact January is the main Istanbul shopping season and the flights and hotel rooms can be sold out very quickly.
