After more than twenty years, in 2011 we came back to the tradition of organizing Consultations on Solar Physics, which are devoted to integration of solar physics community in Central Europe. In May 2011 we organized Czech-Polish-Slovak Consultations on Solar Physics, which in fact, were the 15th consultations. During that meeting we agreed, that similar consultations should be organized every 2 years, in different countries. Such working meeting is a good opportunity to present your scientific work, which not necessarily has to be completed.

Therefore, we are pleased to announce that this year the 16th Consultations on Solar Physics will be held in Wroclaw (Poland) on May 22-24, 2013. From the Polish side, these consultations are organized by Astronomical Institute of the University of Wroclaw and Space Research Centre of Polish Academy of Sciences (Solar Physics Division).
