Zapraszamy do udziału w piątej edycji konferencji naukowej „Słowo, dźwięk, cisza. Sztuka audialna i radiowa: VOL. V”.

 

Podczas piątej edycji konferencji chcemy zainicjować dyskusję na temat przemian radia jako medium. Pragniemy podjąć rozmowę o gatunkach radiowych, ich ewolucji i rewolucji w przestrzeni medialnej i technologicznej. Ważnym punktem obrad chcemy uczynić także radiowe dziennikarstwo deontologiczne, jakościowe. Chcemy zaprosić do rozmowy o współczesnej kondycji medium radiowego, kształtu gatunków audialnych oraz jakości dziennikarstwa audio. W centrum zainteresowań znajduje się zarówno ujęcie historyczne, jak i współczesne. Ponadto, pragniemy zwrócić uwagę na przemiany komunikacyjne audiosfery, zmiany sytuacji komunikacyjnej odbiorcy współczesnego radia artystycznego, jego form eksperymentalnych i hybrydowych, a także – dziennikarstwa jakościowego. Ufamy, że swoje miejsce w dyskusji odnajdą także dzieła nielinearne, hipertekstualne, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem interaktywnego storytellingu oraz audialnych realizacji Interactive Digital Narrative.

Czas na rozważania poświęcony zostanie także praktycznej odsłonie pracy nad dziełami audialnymi – perspektywa twórcza, warsztatowa.

Chcemy stworzyć przestrzeń do rozmowy nad przemianami tworzywa audialnego, sposobów jego wykorzystania i metod budowania dramaturgii artystycznych opowieści. Pragniemy zaakcentować znaczenie i funkcje muzyki, ciszy, audioscenografii i montażu form dźwiękowych.

Nie rezygnujemy z rozmowy o podcastingu, audialnego dziennikarstwa w sieci i rozgłośni internetowych.

 

Zapraszamy badaczy zajmujących się takimi dziedzinami, jak: dziennikarstwo, medioznawstwo, filmoznawstwo, muzykologia, kulturoznawstwo, nauka o komunikowaniu, sztuki interaktywne, sztuka dźwiękowa.

-Radio w ujęciu innych mediów: literatura, film, sztuki wizualne i gry
-Radio w przyszłości: rozwój, wyzwania, perspektywy

-Radio artystyczne - sytuacja komunikacyjna

Udział w konferencji jest bezpłatny, przyjmujemy zgłoszenia w języku polskim i angielskim. Czas wystąpienia: 20 minut. Konferencja odbędzie się online. Zgłoszenie wraz z abstraktem do 250 słów i krótką notą biograficzną można wysyłać na adres mailowy: radioznawcy@gmail.com do 15 maja 2022 roku. Informacja o przyjęciu referatu zostanie przesłana do 18 maja 2022 roku.

 

We would like to invite you to participate in the fifth edition of the scientific conference "Word, sound, silence. Audio and radio art: VOL. V'.

During the fifth edition of the conference, we want to initiate a discussion on the transformation of radio as a medium. We would like to discuss radio genres – evolution and revolution in the media and technological space. We also want to make deontological and qualitative radio journalism an important point of the conference. We want to invite you to talk about the contemporary condition of the radio medium, the shape of audio genres and the quality of audio journalism. The focus of interest is both the historical and contemporary approach. Moreover, we would like to draw attention to the communication transformations of the audiosphere, changes in the communication situation of the audience of contemporary art radio, its experimental and hybrid forms, as well as – quality journalism. We hope that non-linear, hypertextual works will also find their place in the discussion, with particular emphasis on interactive storytelling and audio realizations of Interactive Digital Narrative.

The time for consideration will also be devoted to the practical aspect of working with audio works – the creative and workshop perspective.

We would like to create a space for discussion on the transformations of audio material, the ways it is used and methods of building dramaturgy of artistic audio stories. We wish to emphasize the importance and functions of music, silence, audioscenography and the assembly of sound forms.

It is also impossible to ignore the ever-evolving podcasting, its features and dynamic transformations.


We invite researchers in areas such as journalism, media science, film science, musicology, cultural science, communication science, interactive arts, sound art.

-Audial art on the Internet and in the ancient forms of recording
-Radio in the perspective of other media: literature, film, visual arts and games
-Radio in the future: development, challenges, perspectives
-Radio in the pandemic era
-Artistic radio - communication situation

Participation in the conference is free of charge, we accept applications in Polish and English. Speaking time: 20 minutes. The conference will take place online.

The submission with an abstract of up to 250 words and short bio can be sent to the following e-mail address: radioznawcy@gmail.com. The application deadline is May 15, 2022. The information on accepting the paper will be sent by May 18, 2022.
